Attention CricketFever.org Visitors,
Due to a mail from Nimbus crying copyright infringement of the live match feed of the India vs Pakistan matches on many sites, they requested us to remove all the links of the sites which are currently sharing the live match feeds of the India vs Pakistan Series via P2P.
As we dont want to get into legal trouble with anyone especially the BCCI & Nimbus who are the sole broadcasters and holders of the rights for the current broadcast of the India vs Pakistan Live matches, we have decided to remove the links of the sites which provide the live streaming of the ongoing India vs Pakistan Cricket series.
Call it a preassure from the corporate world or denial of freedom of speech to independent bloggers who just provide links for the benefit of you – the visitor who was unable to watch the current series, despite running disclaimers that “CricketFever.org does not host or run the live stream content” neither do we earn anything from our site as we dont monetize on anything here on Cricketfever.org, but alas!! this all was deemed to be breach of broadcasting rights… & thus we were forced to take this action and remove the live match links from Cricket Fever
Apologies to our dear visitors about this sudden announcement, we regret that we had to do this at this point, but your comments and suggestions are welcome on how we can go about improving this situation wherin a blogger was denied to share information with his visitors citing breach of copyright….is this the end of Internet Democracy and Freedom for Bloggers??
